The intention of Management Board Vice-President not to apply to be appointed for the new term of office.

Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 18 March 2021 it received notification from Mr. Michael McCarthy, the Management Board Vice-President, concerning his decision about not to apply to be appointed for the new term of office started from 23 March 2021.

After the current term of office of the Management Board expires, Mr Michael McCarthy will serve as an advisor to the Bank's CEO for the next few months.
