Appointment of Supervisory Board Chairman.
Santander Bank Polska S.A. (the "Bank") hereby informs that on 22 March 2021, the Annual General Meeting appointed Mr Antonio Escámez Torres to perform duties of Supervisory Board Member of the Bank. The AGM also appointed Mr Antonio Escámez Torres as a Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The resume of Mr Antonio Escámez Torres is enclosed hereto.
Mr Antonio Escámez Torres does not conduct operations competitive against the Bank and is not recorded in the Insolvent Debtors Register run pursuant to the National Court Register Act dated 20th August 1997, and he meets the requirements stipulated in Banking Law act dated 29th August 1997.
