The intention to amend the Bank’s Statutes

The Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby provides the information planned amendments to the Bank’s Statutes that will be presented at the next General Meeting for its approval.

In § 7 clause 2 of the Bank’s Statutes it is proposed to add item 18 in the following wording:

“18) perform activities related to submitting electronically, through the Bank’s IT systems, applications for determining a person’s right to childcare benefits and ones related to providing the social insurance company (Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych, ZUS), at the request of the Bank’s customer, with authorization information required for opening an account in the system made available by the social insurance company.”.

§38 clause 1 point 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
