Issue of series B Certificates of Deposit by Bank Zachodni WBK S.A.

The Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. ("the Bank") hereby give notice that on the 17th of February 2016 the Bank issued 250,000 Certificates of Deposit, with the nominal value of PLN 1,000 each. The certificates were issued in a private placement with the variable interest rate, based on WIBOR 6M plus 0.15 % margin p.a. and with the maturity falling due on the 17th of August 2016.

All above mentioned Certificates of Deposit in the total amount of PLN 250,000,000 were taken up by the investors. Detailed information on parameters of the issuance is included in the Terms and Conditions.
