Notification from Banco Santander S.A.

Santander Bank Polska S.A. (the "Bank") hereby discloses as public information the notification received from Banco Santander S.A. on 14th November 2018 regarding the decrease of Banco Santander S.A. share in the total number of votes at the general meeting of the shareholders of the Bank from 68.13% to 66.30% in relation to the Bank's share capital increase on 9th November 2018 related to the demerger of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A.

Art. 70 item 1 in relation to Art. 69 clause 2 item 2 of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on public offerings and conditions of introducing financial instruments to organized trading, and on public companies.
