Dates of publishing reports

Santander Bank Polska SA ("the Bank") announces the following dates of publishing financial reports in 2019:

Unconsolidated annual report for 2018 - 22.02.2019
Consolidated annual report for 2018 - 22.02.2019
Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2019 - 30.04.2019
Consolidated half-yearly report for the H1 2019 - 24.07.2019
Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2019 - 30.10.2019

Additionally, the Bank advises that selected unaudited consolidated financial information for 2018 will be published in a current report on 30.01.2019.

Additionally, the Bank advises that the published consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-yearly report will include condensed unconsolidated quarterly financial information and condensed unconsolidated half-yearly financial statement.
