Recommendations of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority about the risks of the portfolio of foreign currency mortgage loans to households - correction

Santander Bank Polska S.A. (the "Bank") advises that in the current report no. 42/2018 dated 22 October 2018, as a result of an obvious clerical error, the incorrect number of the current report was given.

Instead: "Current report no. 42/2018 "

Should be: "Current report no. 39/2018"

Taking into account the above, the numbering of the Bank's subsequent current reports published in 2018 will be presented in such a way that the Bank's next current report will be given the number 40/2018.

§ 15.2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member state.
