Obtaining administrative decision required by law in connection with the merger of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. with Kredyt Bank S.A.

Further to current report No. 2/2012 published on 28 February 2012, the management board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 4 December 2012 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority issued a decision pursuant to Art. 124 section 1 of the Banking Law, granting consent to the Company’s merger with Kredyt Bank S.A.

Legal grounds:
Art. 56 section 1.1 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies.
