The management board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 20 November 2012 Deloitte Audyt sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (al. Jana Pawła II 19, 00-854 Warszawa), provided the Company with a report on the review of the consolidated financial statements of the Company for the period ended 30 September 2012, that have been released by the Company on 25 October 2012, as attached to this report.
