Change of the Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. name to Santander Bank Polska S.A., changes of registered office, address and website, and registration of amendments to the Bank's Statutes as adopted by the Annual General Meeting in National Court Register

Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. hereby informs that today, i.e. on 7th September 2018 name of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. was changed into Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank").

Management Board of the Bank hereby states that on 7th September 2018 it was informed that on 7th September 2018, the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, entered into the National Court Register the changes to the Bank's Statutes adopted by resolutions no. 32 and 33 of the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Bank held on 16 May 2018 (ref. WR.VI.Ns-Rej. KRS 19516/18/903).

The registered changes to the Bank's Statutes involve re-naming the Bank, moving its registered office from Wroclaw to Warsaw. Thus, the Bank's new address of the office is: al. Jana Pawła II 17, 00-854 Warsaw.

Moreover, the Bank informs that the address of its website has been changed from www.bzwbk.pl to www.santander.pl.
