Notification from Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny
Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 6th September 2018 it received from Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny ("Fundusz") the notification that as a result of the disposal of the Bank's shares they decreased the Bank's share ownership beneath 5% of votes at the Bank's General Shareholders' Meeting.
