Registration of amendment to the Bank's Statutes as adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting in National Court Register

Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby states that on 30 October 2019 it was informed that on 30 October 2019, the District Court for capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, entered into the National Court Register the amendment to the Bank's Statute adopted by resolution no. 6 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank held on 23 September 2019 (ref. WA XII.Ns-Rej. KRS 70576/19/235).

Previous wording of § 7 clause 1 item 18 of the Statute:
"18) intermediation in providing acquiring services for payment transactions,"

New wording of § 7 clause 1 item 18 of the Statute:
"18) intermediation in conclusion the agreements related to acquiring services,"
