Information on transaction made by person discharging managerial responsibilities

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 31st August 2016 it received from the person discharging managerial responsibilities the notification regarding his transactions of sale Bank’ s shares (“the Transactions”). The Transactions were made on 29th August 2016. The notification concerning the Transactions is enclosed hereto.
