Information on transaction made by person discharging managerial responsibilities

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 30th August 2016 it received from the person discharging managerial responsibilities the notification regarding his transaction of sale Bank’s shares (“the Transaction”). The Transaction was made on 25th August 2016. The notification concerning the Transaction is enclosed hereto.
