Registration and floating of series I ordinary bearer shares issued by BZWBK, on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Company”) hereby informs that on 27.08.2012 it received the Resolution no. 846/2012 of the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (Warsaw Stock Exchange, “WSE”), pursuant to which 1 561 618 (one million five hundred sixty-one thousand six hundred eighteen) ordinary bearer shares of the Company, series I, with the par value of PLN 10 (ten PLN) each, have been admitted to trade on the main market. Pursuant to § 38(1) and (3) of the WSE Rules, WSE Management Board admitted the above-mentioned Company shares to trade on the main market from 30 August 2012 onwards, provided that Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (National Depository of Securities) registers these shares on 30 August 2012 with code PLBZ00000044.
