Change of the publication dates of the financial reports

In reference to current report No. 39/2019 dated 3rd December 2019, Santander Bank Polska S.A. hereby informs about the change of the dates of publication of the Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2020 and Consolidated half-yearly report for the H1 2020, including respectively condensed unconsolidated quarterly financial information and condensed unconsolidated half-yearly financial statement.

The new date of publication of the Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2020 is 28.04.2020.

The new date of publication of the Consolidated half-yearly report for the H1 2020 is 29.07.2020.

§ 80 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state. (Journal of Laws 2018.757 dated 2018.04.20).
