Selected Financial Information on Santander Bank Polska Group for 2019

The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby publishes the selected, preliminary, unaudited financial information of Santander Bank Polska Group ("the Group") for the quarter and the year ended 31 December 2019 ("Selected Information"), which is attached to this report as Annex 1.

The Bank also publishes the presentation of preliminary financial results of Santander Bank Polska Group for 2019 ("Preliminary Results"), which is attached to this report as Annex 2.

Both the Selected Information and Preliminary Results have been prepared for information purposes only, regardless of the Group's interim reporting obligations.

Additional information that is not attached to this report will be available on the Bank's website - www.santander.pl in the "Investor Relations" section.
