Admission of series M ordinary bearer shares issued by Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., to trading on the stock exchange by the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 1st December 2017 it received the Resolution no. 1409/2017 of the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (Warsaw Stock Exchange, "WSE"), pursuant to which on 1st December 20017 98 947 _ninety eight thousand nine hundred and forty seven_ ordinary bearer shares of the Bank, series M, with the nominal value of PLN 10 (ten PLN) each, with the code PLBZ00000267, were admitted to trading.
