("the Bank") hereby informs that on 10th November 2020 it received from the persons discharging managerial responsibilities the notifications regarding their transactions of acquire Bank's shares in conjunction with Incentive Scheme VI ("the Transactions"). The notifications concerning the Transactions are enclosed hereto.
