Message from the Operations Department of the National Depository for Securities (Dział Operacyjny Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) regarding the registration of series O shares of Santander Bank Polska S.A.

Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby advises that on 4 November 2020 it received a message from the Operations Department of the National Depository for Securities National Depository of Securities (Dział Operacyjny Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) ("KDPW"), stating that on 10 November 2020 the KDPW will register 101 009 (one hundred one thousand and nine) ordinary bearer shares of the Bank, series O, with a nominal value of PLN 10 (ten) each, assigned the following code: PLBZ00000044, in compliance with the Statement no. 1048/2020 of the KDPW dated 16 October 2020 with respect to which the Bank informed the public in current report no. 22/2020 dated 16 October 2020 thereof.
