Supervisory Board's Member resignation.

The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") informs that on 6 June 2023 the Bank received the resignation letter from the Member of the Supervisory Board - Mr. John Power involving resignation from his membership in the Supervisory Board of the Bank, effective as of 1st August 2023.

Mr. John Power's resignation is related to his decision to retire, after over 20 years in his role at Bank Zachodni WBK and then Santander Bank Polska.

Legal basis:
§ 5 item 4 of the Finance Minister's Regulation of 29th March 2018 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
