Registration of amendments to the Bank's Statutes as adopted by the Annual General Meeting in National Court Register.

Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby states that on 15 May 2023 it was informed that on 15 May 2023, the District Court for capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, entered into the National Court Register the changes to the Bank's Statute adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on 19 April 2023 in the Resolution no. 28 (ref. WA XIII.Ns-Rej. KRS 21006/23/502). The table showing the amended and new provisions of the Bank's Statutes, as well as the consolidated text of the Bank's Statutes with the amendments approved, are attached to this report.

Legal basis:
§5 item 1 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
