National Depository of Securities resolution on registration of the BZWBK's shares

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. ("the Company") hereby advises that on 13 September 2017 it received Resolution no. 598/17 of the Management Board of the National Depository of Securities (KDPW), whereby the latter decides that on 14th September 2017 KDPW will register 98 947 (ninety eight thousand nine hundred forty seven) ordinary bearer shares of the Company, series M, with a nominal value of PLN 10 (ten PLN) each, with the code number PLBZ00000267.

§ 34(1)(1) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance, dated 19 February 2009, on the current and financial information provided by issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2009, no. 33, item 259).
