Notification from Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. _"the Company"_  hereby informs that on 11 August 2017 it received from  Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny _"the Fund"_ the 
notification on Company's shares sales and on the change of percentage  share in the total number of votes, i.e. notification on reduction of  shareholding in the Company below 5% of the total number of votes at the  Company's General Meeting. 

As per information contained in the said notice: 

1. Date and type of event triggering the  change of shareholding that the notification refers to:
   Sales of shares that were settled on 7th  August 2017
2. Number of shares held before the change of shareholding and the percentage of share capital it represents and the number of votes attached to these shares and the percentage of the total number of vote they represent
   Number of shares: 4,991,909 representing 5.03 % of the Company's share capital 
   Number of votes carried by these shares: 4,991,909 representing 5.03 % of the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders 
3. Number of currently held shares and the percentage of share capital they represent plus the number of votes attached to these shares and the percentage of the total number of votes they represent 

On 7th August 2017, on the Fund's securities account 4,962,413 Company's shares were stored, which represents 4.99 % of the Company's share capital.
These shares entitle to 4,962,413 votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders, which represents 4.99 % of the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders.
