New term of office of the Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A.
Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 15 April 2025 the Bank's Supervisory Board appointed (effective as of 16 April 2025), the Bank's Management Board for the next term of office in the following composition:

- Andrzej Burliga - Vice President of the Management Board
