Resignation of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. Management Board Member
Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby advises that on 3 June 2011 Mr. Paul Barry, a member of the Management Board of the Bank, submitted his decision to stand down from his position of the Management Board, effective from 31 July 2011, because of personal reasons.
Legal basis:
§5 section 1 point 21 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
