Dividend from Aviva Group companies

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. as the shareholder of the Aviva Group companies, hereby advises that:

• the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva BZ WBK S.A. agreed that a dividend would be paid out to its shareholders. As a result, Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. received the amount of PLN 
17 091 395.79 from Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva BZ WBK S.A. The dividend was paid out on 26 May 2011.
• the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Aviva Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A. agreed that a dividend would be paid out to its shareholders. As a result, Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. received the amount of PLN 44 511 620.40 from Aviva Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A. The dividend was paid out on 30 May 2011.
