The intention of Management Board Vice-President not to apply to be appointed for the new term of office.

Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 11 April 2025 it received notification from Mr. Juan de Porras Aguirre, the Management Board Vice-President, concerning his decision about not to apply to be appointed to the Bank's Management Board for the new term of office started from 16 April 2025 due to his planned retirement.

Legal basis:
§ 5 item 4 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
