The Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. hereby provides the information contained (i) in the second notification of the intended demerger of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. and (ii) in the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., the draft resolutions with their appendices and planned amendments to the Bank's Statutes that will be presented at the Extraordinary General Meeting.

§38 clause 1 point 1 and 3 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states and art. 539 § 1 and 2 of CCC in relation to art. 402(1) CCC.
