The resolution of Bank Guarantee Fund's Council determining the amount of contribution to the compulsory restructuring fund.
The Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. ("the Bank"), hereby informs that today, i. e. 24th April 2018 it received a resolution of the Council of the Bank Guarantee Fund (Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny) specifying the amount of PLN 77.78 million as payable to the resolution fund for 2018. The Bank informs that the estimated resolution fund charge included in the financial statements for the first quarter of 2018 is PLN 112,88 million.
