Annual General Meeting of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. – list of shareholders with at least 5% of the total voting power
Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby advises that at the Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on 10th May 2012, Banco Santander S.A. with its registered office in Santander, Spain, was the only shareholder with at least 5% of the total voting power. The shares held by Banco Santander S.A. carried 70 334 512 votes, which constituted 97,98% votes on this Meeting and 96,25 % total votes.
