Financial information related to Kredyt Bank S.A.

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (Bank) hereby makes public the selected financial results for 2012 containing financial data for Q4 2012 of Kredyt Bank S.A., of which the Bank learned as a result of the merger between the Bank and Kredyt Bank S.A. (Merger) (the Bank informed of the Merger in its report no. 1/2013).

At the same time, the Bank hereby announces that the presented information includes a list of the selected data, which was prepared by the Bank on 30 January 2013. The list presents data of which the Bank learned during the time period between the Merger date and 30 January 2013 and it does not fill the scope of information defined for periodic quarterly reports, as laid down in the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 re. ongoing and periodic information provided by securities issuers and conditions whereby information required under the regulations of a non-Member State is deemed equivalent.
