Resignation of the Bank's Supervisory Board Member
The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") informs that on 4th March 2019 the Bank received the resignation letter from the Member of the Supervisory Board - Mr. José Manuel Campa. This resignation is effective as of 4th March 2019 and is due to his participation in the nomination process for position of Chairperson of the European Banking Authority.
