Temporarily delegation to performing duties of the Management Board President

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (the Bank) in relation to current report no. 27/2015 published on 9th November 2015 would advise that the process to appoint the Management Board President is well advanced and an appointment is expected in first months of 2016.

In these circumstances, on 11th February 2016, the Supervisory Board decided to extend the delegation of its Chairman – Mr. Gerry Byrne to temporarily perform the duties of the Management Board President, until the appointment of the new President of the Management Board is made.

§ 5 clause 1 item 21 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
