Terms and conditions of deposit certificates of Santander Bank Polska S.A. - certificates of deposit series I
In relation to report no. 46/2018 of 27 November 2018, the Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 14 December 2018, it decided to issue I-series certificates of deposit ("CDs"). The parameters of the issue are as follows:
- The settlement of the issue will take place on 21 December 2018 ("Issue Date").
- The total nominal value of the CDs will be up to PLN 150.000.000,00.
- The CDs will be issued under Article 89 and 90 of the Polish Banking Law Act and the Management Board adopted Resolution no 17/2018 of 24 January 2018.
- The CDs will be redeemed on 21 June 2019 ("Maturity Date").
- The nominal value of one CDs will be PLN 1,000.
- The CDs' issue price will be equal to their nominal value.
- The CDs will bear a fixed interest rate equal to 2,05% per annum.
- All benefits arising from the CDs will be cash benefits.
- The CDs will not be secured.
- The CDs will be issued as dematerialised bearer CDs. On the Issue Date, they will be registered in the securities depository kept by the Bank.
