Notification from Banco Santander S.A.

Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. (the "Bank") hereby discloses to the public the notification received from Banco Santander S.A. on 28 November 2018 regarding the increase of Banco Santander S.A. share in the total number of votes at the general meeting of the shareholders of the Bank from 66.3% to 67.47%, which took place on 28 November 2018 as a result of settlement of the stock lending transaction for 1,200,000 shares of the Bank concluded between Banco Santander S.A. and Deutsche Bank AG.
