Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person.

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 24 September 2014 Management Board Member of the Bank notified the Bank, that:

•  on 22 September 2014 r. he sold as part of an ordinary stock exchange transactions on Warsaw Stock Exchange, 1000 shares of the Bank (code PLBZ 00000044) for 406,00 PLN per share,
• on 23 September 2014 r. he sold as part of an ordinary stock exchange transactions on Warsaw Stock Exchange, 2734 shares of the Bank (code PLBZ 00000044) for 406,00 PLN per share,
• on 23 September 2014 he donated 670 shares of the Bank (code PLBZ 00000044) to the foundation.
