Message from the Operations Department of the National Depository for Securities (Dział Operacyjny Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) regarding the registration of series N shares in Santander Bank Polska S.A.

Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby advises that on 23 November 2018 it received a message from the Operations Department of the National Depository for Securities National Depository of Securities (Dział Operacyjny Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) ("KDPW"), stating that on 27 November 2018 the KDPW will register 2 754 824 (two million seven hundred and fifty four thousand and eight hundred and twenty four) ordinary bearer shares of the Bank, series N, with a nominal value of PLN 10 (ten) each, assigned the following code: PLBZ00000044, in compliance with the Statement no. 693/2018 of the KDPW dated 20 November 2018 with respect to which the Bank informed the public in current report no. 43/2018 dated 20 November 2018 thereof.

§ 17 clause 1 item 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance, dated 29 March 2018, on the current and financial information provided by issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws, 2018, item 757).
