Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 9 September 2014 Management Board Member of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 5 September 2014 r. he sold as part of an ordinary stock exchange transactions on Warsaw Stock Exchange, 3 000 shares of the Bank (code PLBZ 00000044) for 399.60 PLN per share.
