Notification from Santander Consumer Finance S.A.

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (the “Bank”), hereby discloses as public information, the notification received from Santander Consumer Finance S.A. (“SCF”) on 13August 2014, regarding the sale by SCF to Banco Santander S.A., on 13 August 2014, of all of the shares in the Bank’s share capital held by SCF, constituting 5.42% share in the total number of votes at the general meeting of the shareholders of the Bank.
