Supervisory Board's Chairman resignation.

The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") informs that on 22 February 2021 the Bank received the resignation letter from the Chairman of the Supervisory Board - Mr. Gerry Byrne involving resignation from his membership in the Supervisory Board of the Bank. The resignation is effective as of the moment when the Annual General Meeting adopts a resolution approving the Report of the Supervisory Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. on its activities in 2020. It is related to Chairman's decision to retire, after over 50 years of professional career including 20 years in his role at Bank Zachodni WBK and then Santander Bank Polska.
