The intention to amend the Bank’s Statutes
The Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (the Bank) hereby provides the information planned amendments to the Bank’s Statutes that will be presented at the next General Meeting for its approval.
The consolidated text of the Bank’s Statutes that contains proposed changes is enclosed hereto.
