Dates of publishing reports

Santander Bank Polska SA ("the Bank") announces the following dates of publishing financial reports in 2020:

Unconsolidated annual report for 2019 - 20.02.2020
Consolidated annual report for 2019 - 20.02.2020
Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2020 - 6.05.2020
Consolidated half-yearly report for the H1 2020 - 22.07.2020
Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2020 - 28.10.2020
Additionally, the Bank advises that selected unaudited consolidated financial information for 2019 will be published in a current report on 29.01.2020.

Additionally, the Bank advises that the published consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-yearly report will include condensed unconsolidated quarterly financial information and condensed unconsolidated half-yearly financial statement.

§ 80 section 1 and § 79 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state. (Journal of Laws 2018.757 dated 2018.04.20).
