Appointment of the Management Board Member of Santander Bank Polska S.A.
The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 14 November 2023 the Supervisory Board of the Bank passed a resolution on appointing Artur Głembocki for the position of Management Board Member of the Bank. Artur Głembocki took up the position on 14 November 2023.

Artur Głembocki does not conduct any other business activity outside the Bank, does not participate in a competitive company as a partner of a civil partnership, a partnership or a capital company, does not participate in a competitive legal person as a member of its body and he is not listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register of 20 August 1997.
Artur Głembocki meets the requirements of the Banking Law Act of 29 August 1997.

§ 5 item 5 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
