Message from the Operations Department of the National Depository for Securities (Dział Operacyjny Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) regarding the registration of series K and series L shares in Bank Zachodni WBK S.A.

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (the “Bank”) hereby announces that on 7 August 2014 it received a message from the Operations Department of the National Depository for Securities (Dział Operacyjny Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) (“KDPW”) stating that on 8 August 2014 the KDPW would register 305.543 series K shares in the Bank with a nominal value of PLN 10 each and 5.383.902 series L shares in the Bank with a nominal value of PLN 10 each, assigned the following code: PLBZ00000044, in compliance with the resolutions No. 668/14 of the management board of the KDPW dated 25 July 2014 and 681/14 of the management board of the KDPW dated 29 July 2014 with respect to which the Bank informed the public in current reports No. 34/2014 and No. 35/2014 thereof.
