Dates of publishing reports

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) announces the following dates of publishing financial reports in 2017:

Unconsolidated annual report for 2016 - 17.02.2017
Consolidated annual report for 2016 - 17.02.2017
Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2017 – 26.04.2017
Consolidated half-yearly report for the H1 2017 - 27.07.2017
Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2017 - 26.10.2017

Additionally, the Bank advises that selected unaudited consolidated financial information for 2016 will be published in a current report on 25.01.2017.

Additionally, the Bank advises that the published consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-yearly report will include condensed quarterly financial information and condensed half-yearly consolidated financial statements.

§ 103 section 1 and § 101 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
