Resignation of the Management Board Member of Santander Bank Polska S.A.
The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("Bank") informs that on 26 October 2023 the Bank received the resignation letter from the Management Board Member - Mrs María Elena Lanciego Pérez. This resignation is effective from 1 January 2024 and is related to her planned appointment to another role within the global Banco Santander S.A. Group.

§ 5 item 4 of the Finance Minister's Regulation of 29th March 2018 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
