Dates of publishing reports.

Santander Bank Polska SA ("the Bank") announces the following dates of publishing financial reports in 2022:

• Unconsolidated annual report for 2021 - 23.02.2022
• Consolidated annual report for 2021 - 23.02.2022
• Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2022 - 26.04.2022
• Consolidated half-yearly report for the H1 2022 - 28.07.2022
• Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2022 - 26.10.2022

Additionally, the Bank advises that selected unaudited consolidated financial information for 2021 will be published in a current report on 2.02.2022.

Additionally, the Bank advises that the published consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-yearly report will include condensed unconsolidated quarterly financial information and condensed unconsolidated half-yearly financial statement.

§ 80 section 1 and § 79 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
