Fitch assigns rating for the Euro Medium- Term Note Programme (the EMTN Programme) of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A.

In relation to current report no. 25/2018 dated 30 May 2018, the Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (‘Bank') hereby announces that on 30 August 2018 Fitch assigned a rating (press release link Uruchomi się w nowym oknie) for the Euro Medium- Term Note Programme of the Bank (‘the EMTN Programme').

The EMTN Programme's senior unsecured long-term debt has been assigned rating of 'BBB+' and short-term debt rating of 'F2'. At the same time, the planned senior unsecured notes have been assigned an expected long-term rating of 'BBB+(EXP)'.

Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
