Inside information - Completion of the sale by the Bank of shares in AVIVA Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva Santander S.A.

Further to Current Reports No. 14/2021 and 15/2021 dated 26 March 2021 and in connection with obtaining all legally required approvals of the competent authorities, including the required decisions of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the European Commission, as well as other conditions agreed between the parties to the transaction, Santander Bank Polska S.A., with its registered seat in Warsaw (the "Bank") hereby announces the completion, on 29 November 2021, of a transaction consisting in the sale by the Bank of 1,370 shares in AVIVA Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva Santander S.A., which constitute approximately 10% of the share capital of that company, to AVIVA Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A., for the sale price amounting to Euro 14 184 080.

The completed sale by the Bank of the shares in AVIVA PTE Aviva Santander S.A. is one element of the Transaction specified in reports 14/2021 and 15/2021.

The Bank will announce the closing of further elements of the Transaction in a separate report.
